Troubleshooting

Diagram does not update#

Check whether your project data has been changed and saved. Then check whether components are assigned to circuits and whether the diagram function must be reopened or refreshed.

Component not assigned to a circuit#

Open the component or circuit data and assign the component to the correct circuit. Then review the situatieschema and eendraadschema again.

Export does not work#

Check whether all required data is present and try again. If the problem continues, note the project name, browser, steps to reproduce, and any error message.

Browser problems#

Use a current browser. Refresh the page if the editor does not respond. If the issue continues, signing in again or reopening the project may help.

Account or login#

Check your email address, password, and account confirmation. Use the recovery options on the login page if you no longer know your password.
