Account, email confirmation and recovery

Create an account#

Open Create account. Enter your email address, choose a password that meets the displayed requirements and repeat it. Submit the form once and wait for the result.

Your account is created before its confirmation email is sent. If delivery fails afterward, request another confirmation instead of creating the same account again.

Confirm your email address#

Open the OhmCAD verification email and follow its confirmation button or fallback link. Email confirmation is required before sign-in. Check your spam/junk folder if the message is not visible.

Use Resend confirmation for a new message. If a link is invalid or expired, request a fresh link rather than modifying its address manually.

Sign in and open your projects#

Open Sign in with the confirmed email address and password. The welcome page links to your account, this wiki and the editor. Use Open OhmCAD, then create or load a project.

Changing your profile or signing out is available from the account menu. A new situation sheet is part of a project; it is not a new account or a separate set of cabinets.

Forgot your password?#

1. Open Forgot password.
2. Enter the email address used for your account.
3. Follow the reset email's button or fallback link.
4. Complete the reset page with a new password and its confirmation.
5. Return to sign-in with the new password.

The request alone does not change your password or remove your projects. Confirmation/reset links are personal: do not include them in screenshots or support messages.

Email problems#

A delivery-failed message means the email could not be sent; it is different from explicitly disabled delivery. Retry the relevant email request and check spam/junk folders. If the issue persists, contact support with the page and error text, without your password or email token. See Troubleshooting.
