Data we collect
We may collect account details, contact form submissions, support messages, project access information, and technical metadata needed to operate and secure the service.
Project data
OhmCAD may store project names, cabinet data, circuit information, generated diagrams, and export settings. This data is used to provide the application features.
Contact form data
Messages submitted through the contact form are used to answer support, getting started, product feedback, and partnership requests.
Usage analytics
OhmCAD uses Google Analytics 4 only after analytics consent. It helps understand aggregate usage and improve OhmCAD. Custom analytics events intentionally avoid names, emails, account IDs, project names, customer details, addresses, contact messages, document contents and tokens. Consent can be withdrawn or changed through Privacy settings.
Payment data
OhmCAD is free during the pilot and does not require checkout or payment-card details for the available functionality.
Legal basis
OhmCAD processes data where needed to provide requested account, project and support functionality, to secure the service, to respond to user requests, and to meet applicable legal obligations. Some processing may also be based on legitimate operational interests, subject to applicable data-protection rules.
Recipients and service providers
Data may be handled by the service operator and technical service providers used to host, secure, maintain or support the application.
Retention
Account, project, and support data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, respond to requests, or meet applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable, subject to legal and operational requirements. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
